Continuous Monitoring Analyst

Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking a Continuous Monitoring Analyst to support the National Access Elsewhere Security Oversight Center (NAESOC). In this role, you'll conduct open-source research and facility monitoring in a high-impact, analytical environment. You'll join a team of skilled analysts preparing business assessments and identifying foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) risks relevant to Facility Security Clearances (FCLs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct facility baselining and monitoring actions, analyzing FCL-relevant risk events through automated data sources.
  • Refer valid risk events to the appropriate Field Office and NAESOC.
  • Perform continuous monitoring actions in accordance with ISOM 20.04.03.
  • Research U.S. and foreign companies and their affiliates (e.g., executives, suppliers, investors, creditors) using open-source tools and platforms such as Pitchbook, Bloomberg, and government databases.
  • Produce Continuous Monitoring Alert Referrals and business intelligence reports.
  • Clearly communicate analytical findings in writing and verbally to DCSA and industry stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Law, Administration) or International Business.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret.
  • Demonstrated experience in business research and analysis using databases such as Pitchbook, Bloomberg, and Orbis.
  • Knowledge of analytic standards, such as Intelligence Community Directive 203.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; capable of identifying trends and drawing informed conclusions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools; adept at data manipulation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
