We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking a Consultant to support a contract with the IRS.

Responsibilities

• The Consultant will advise IRS Senior Leaders about ways to improve the overall business model, employee relations, or other facets of day-to-day operations.
• The Consultant will be required to troubleshoot specific problems and improve efficiencies.
• The Consultant should be able to work independently and be able to provide constructive feedback to training team on different trainings and data collection efforts.

Required

• Five (5) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
• Consultant shall have experience on contracts of similar size or scope with experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (public policy, international relations, or business).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with training and facilitating with internal and external audience.
• Familiar with data metrics and presenting to various teams.
• Must have a fundamental understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle process and procurement best practices.
